R	Raqhel Reklaw on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't or won't print their own parcel slips. I had to go to staples to print it myself. I was returning an item I purchased online. The shipping was prepaid and the parcel slip sent to me by email. Canada post would not print the slip and they charged me for the paper and tape to re-wrap the box.
C	Christopher Terrio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Notice says pick up Sunday opens at 10am but it is not. They won't even update there notices and have actually missed time sensitive packages. Worst post office I've been to in awhile.

While the order was placed by my sister, the package was clearly labelled with all of my information under the "ship to" section, so I am unsure why there was a problem. The woman at the counter tried to delay me further by changing the name on the package, which literally doesnt make ANY sense as it was addressed to me in the first place . She gave me mad attitude when I refused to do this, and she had already held me (and the growing line behind me) up. This whole thing could have been avoided if Canada Post delivered the package to me properly in the first place ( I was home and you have a key to the lobby!!!!)
M	Megan Sawatzky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never left a negative review but my experiences at this Canada Post have been nothing but horrific. Everytime I've gone, I've been met with short tempered, aggressive employees. I purchased a box to send a gift and thought the postage was included. They advised me after I opened it that it was not that I needed to either pay for the box or pay for it to be mailed, either way they didn't care. I was taken aback by this response and said I would just pay to ship it. They then said well we can't accept it because it hadn't been tapped, you'll have to buy tape before we'll accept it. Are you kidding?? The box was less then a foot long and about 2 inches high and closed.. I've NEVER had a hard time with Canada Post, other than at this location. I would suggest going to ANY OTHER Canada Post then this one. I left speechless.
R	R. G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It would be laughable if it wasn't so sad! They change hours whenever they want, it seems. On the delivery notice it says open Sundays from 10 - 6, now a note on the counter says: Closed Sundays, as per December 20th (today!). Seriously? Right before Christmas? Whoever is running or managing this place should consider an overhaul of the staff working schedules! A tiny postal outlet for thousands of people now (and more to come) - that's a joke anyway...
A	A T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited twice for 20+ minutes just to be told my package didn't make it on the delivery truck. Even though the slip said it would be available for pickup after 1pm the next day. I went the next day package wasn't there. Gave the benefit of the doubt, waited another 24 hours and my package was still not there. Not sure the point of the delivery slips if they are not accurate. Disappointing and waste of time.
A	Angela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is the worst for missed deliveries. Your package is NEVER available the next business day after 1pm as always stated on the slip. I have never had this issue at any other post office. Add to this, consistently huge lineups as there seems to be only 1 person working.
A	Audio Bliss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took two packages to mail, first package 18kg no issues, second package 25.7 KG, clerk wouldn't accept, said it was overweight, I informed the clerk that 30KG is the limit, and pulled it up off the Canada Post website to verify - still wouldn't ship, so I went to the next Canada post office and had no issues. My advice: avoid this post office, go straight to the one at Westbrook Centre or Millstream Centre, both are far easier to deal with IMO.
