The aesthetic of this building that really captive me, and layout of the suit had everything on my wish list of what I was looking for. The main entrance of the building give you this european feeling. Each floor has a theme when you exit the elevator. The hallways are so brightly lit, and the bonus of a gym onsite. Cory Farmer our property manager does a excellent job with such a large establishment. All of the staff are all friendly to deal with. Getting maintenance work request is such a snap. They will respond back to you within half day from the time you put in your work order request online. You have so many amenities around you, Walmart, Winners,Safeway,Superstore, and so many more in less the 5 minutes drive. Oh even a Save-On coming soon. Beautiful bike and walking trail to a beautiful Pond, just 5 minutes walk from the building I highly recommend La Vie Luxury Living to anyone.

The new Property Manager responds to any issues quickly, the management is fantastic, the Concierge gives an extra friendly face and secure feeling. The suites are beautiful and not "cheap". If you are looking for a new home, and a great place to live, look no further!

Cory Farmer, the building manager, has gone above and beyond to help us feel heard and comfortable in our new living space. She has helped us tremendously to find a solution to the problems we were facing. We are very happy to have her here at La Vie. We think she truly is the fire that keeps this place running smoothly. We see how hard she works for the tenants in this building and forms personal relationships. Her going above and beyond makes a real difference in the community. She deserves to be recognized for every ounce of effort she puts into the building and its tenants.

She is absolutely amazing!! She cares so much for her tenants and is always so helpful and kind with the best energy. I definitely recommend La Vie for your new home!
m	mads R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The infracture and quality of the place is terrible. gives the impression of a high end place but with the cheapest materials used. The staffs are nice but given the place and resource they have to manage this building, i feel bad for them. For a building with so many units there is not enough parking space at all. Underground parking is barely existent with how small it is. For a place thats "luxury" you would think they'd have more underground parking as its edmonton and freezing in the winter, or just enough parking slots in general.

On paper, this is a smoke-free building, but some people smoke in their apartments, balcony and even in underground parking. This building doesn't have a garbage chute, and we have to carry our garbage to the far away dumpster. But some people are lazy and leave their garbage in the hallway, which causes a horrible smell in the hallway. Your guests will never be able to park their cars in the visitor parking. They are always full. The cart to move your groceries or packages is very handy. I call it the lucky cart. Whenever you see the cart, it would be your lucky day, because some neighbours never return it. The street noise is very annoying, especially when sports cars or firefighters' trucks pass. The lack of trees and green areas is another drawback. The apartment has an air conditioner, but we don't use it because of warning label that you can see in the picture.

However, there have been so many management changes, people quitting monthly and so many rule enforcement made this place unpleasant to live. My first week due to construction above my apartment there was a flood in my apartment, lots of cracks in the wall, my neighbours were in sort of domestic violence situation and no action from the building. There’s no garbage disposal internally and I’ve had various packages stolen from my front door. Minimal support and honestly inconsistent services. I didn’t hate living here but for the cost I think you can find something better.
