I strongly recommend Dan (DDCL) to be consulted regarding any home/house issues. I contacted him this AM for some work and he came this PM and did an excellent job and explained what he was doing and why.

I had a piece of flashing come off my roof during a windy day. DDCL reinstalled that for me. Job was done perfectly and taken care of very quickly. Pricing was more than reasonable, I will be using DDCL for further jobs. I thought this was going to be quite a bit more expensive and a bit of a pain to deal with, quite the opposite. Using DDCL was my customer service highlight for the year. I would strongly recommend!!

DDCL recently painted my whole townhouse. This included the walls, doors, trim and baseboard. The quality of their work was excellent. They paid attention to minute details.. They even fixed minor problems for me that were discovered during their work. The staff were polite and cleaned up after them selves.

I had a clogged sink and nothing I tried was worked. I called Daniel to come take a look and he quickly got his tools to fish out whatever was clogging it. Not only did he unclog it fast, he cleaned each piece of pipe as he was going as well to make sure no future clogs would happen anytime soon! He was very friendly and well mannered he didn't leave any mess for me to clean up, its as if he was never there! He also helped me move houses, nothing was broken or damaged he always secured the load and made sure nothing would fall or get damaged. I'll be contacting DDCL for future repairs and maintenance in my household.

I hired DDCL to mow my grass and trim the edges in the summer. In addition, in the winter to shovel the snow. Both of which are done in superior quality and satisfactory to myself. Every time I emailed DDCL, I received a immediate response back by email and via telephone. I like the pre-warning phone calls that DDCL is on the way to shovel the snow or mow the grass. We find that the workers are friendly and satisfying. Due to my disability of walking I can rely upon Daniel to pick up my mail in the mailbox.

Danial have been doing great work in my house now for the past 3 years. His service is exceptional. I can count on him in any emergency I have.

Daniel at DDCL has done several jobs for me over the last 4 years. He replaced the flooring in my condo, he's fixed some electrical issues I had with a breaker and recently built some shelves in my garage. He does high quality work and will often do extra things to ensure you're satisfied like for example, he built a tire rack from the left over shelving in the garage. I find DDCL is reliable, they do high quality work and their fees are very reasonable.

This testimonial is from Roy Harris, a long time resident of the Greenfield Community in south Edmonton, and is designed to describe my association with Daniel Foulkes and his company DDCL. I have what might be called a 'minor' disability that prevents me from safely being able to mow my huge backyard and shovel large amounts of snow. For the passed three years Daniel and DDCL have promptly arrived when that work was necessary and saved the day. Many other home repairs, both minor and major, have been on the list of projects that DDCL has accomplished during that time without giving me even the smallest of problems when completed. My entire roof was replaced, new plywood where required with all the shingles and new 'Whirlybird' heat dispensers installed, totally waterproof. My overhead motorized garage door became dislodged and inoperable and it was fixed even better and quieter than new in only a couple of hours. The faucet in my kitchen sink developed an unstoppable dripping leak and Mr. Foulkes was here the same day I called in the trouble and it was replaced and fixed perfectly that very same day, and a plumbing company would have charged three times as much at least for the work that was done and probably wouldn't have gotten around to it for days. But the major project was the basement in the finished rec-room. It was apparent that the house foundation was leaking all over the place behind the finished wall paneling, and over a period of time (I was in no rush at all) a huge amount of work has been done to rectify the terrible situation. All the soaked carpeting was removed and hauled away along with all of the destroyed insulation after all the wallboard had been removed and saved. All the leaking areas on the foundation walls were located and sealed tight with cement sealing compound and then sprayed over with an epoxy-rubber spray and everything is now sealed up tight. Some studs that covered some leaking areas were removed and replaced. The rec-room is now in the process of being re-assembled and is 90% complete, except for new flooring. Another major project that has taken place is the tons of earth that was trucked in and dumped on my driveway that DDCL distributed all around the residence and was sloped away and downward from the wall so any rainfall would be directed away from the house, and then all that area was then covered in new sod. That was a lot of work. Cleaning out the eavestroughs in the fall is also some welcome assistance and the installation of the perforated coverings to keep them clean all year round is in the works The bottom line is that you can trust DDCL with almost any problem that suddenly might arise and the job or repair will be done quickly, competently and courteously, and it won't put you in the poorhouse, and assistance can be counted on seven days a week sixteen hours a day.
