They don’t try to make you feel like you have to buy something which is very important because a customer shouldn’t feel forced on doing anything at all. Also an associate name Logan, I believe.. she’s wonderful I always have a great time when she’s helping me out.
H	H G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly disappointed in our shopping experience. Store was cramped and messy. Staff appeared stressed and unorganized. We were provided with no clear indication of their Covid shopping policies - either verbal or signage. We were approached numerous times by a staff member wanting to be "helpful" but which made us feel like we were being watched. Sales and promotions were spouted to us endlessly, but we were yelled at for taking too many articles into the change room..apparently a customer can only try on a MAXIMUM of 6 items per day? Understandable during Covid, but it would have been nice to know this before entering the changing area. Overall, we left feeling stressed and uncomfortable. We will travel further to have a better shopping experience next time.

They went above and beyond to help me find one, and I found three, with out their patience and encouragment I would have left after couple tries. The first time, I bought a nightie because I really needed it but I was followed and checked on while shopping. Not fun, especially when it comes to intimates, I prefer to have my space to look around. The second time, I was looking for a G-String and the salesperson told me "I just sold my last one, but most stores don't really sell them because they're not good for you." Okay, that's great, thanks for the tip, but it's what I came in for and you do sell it regardless. It felt a little condescending and judgmental. I went across the way to Change Lingerie, where the salesperson there was super welcoming and gave me what I asked for with several color options. I walked out with a full lingerie set because she was so kind and knowledgeable in finding what I needed. Maybe La Vie En Rose staff could take tips from them on customer service instead of handing it out to their customers.

She ended up overcharging me by a lot and I didn't notice until I left the store. I called the store when I realized and a woman picked up and addressed me by another name. She was also confident in calling me this other name. She then told me to stop calling and hung up on me. I didn't even get to say a single word at this point. A couple of months ago there was older ladies working here, they were very kind, always professional. Now this location is filled with younger, unprofessional women who judge, and do not even have simple people skills. Very angry and disappointed. Not one worker here has manners let alone respect.
m	mackenzie boisseau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with the service I received. I asked for my size and the women helping me looked me up and down then suggested two sizes bigger. She continued to add that the lingerie I chose would not suit me and that I should choose black as the colour is “slimming”. I had never asked for her opinion just for her to find the size that I WANTED. I have NEVER felt worse about my body in my life after this horrifying experience. I would have hoped working in an industry filled with women and body toxicity they would have had some sort of sensitivity training. She is middle eastern and short. Stay away from her.
