She did the greatest job fixing another salon's mistake and free of charge!!! It brightened up my whole week and I look a million times better. Thank you so much:)

I've never had a bad experience and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair! Having curly hair, it has always been a challenge to find someone who knows how to cut it and style it. They're also great with kids! I highly recommend Salon Bliss!

I walked in with a militant, square super short cut, and she turned it into a feminine, sexy cut that suited my personality AND my criteria of no products. She is truly an intuitive artist! She took her time, listened and validated to my concerns, then proceeded to give me an excellent haircut, even though I have extremely complicated hair to cut ...I've definitely found my new hair dresser, and I'm stoked! Very grateful.

They have the most wonderfully welcoming and personable staff, and the salon environment is clean, bright and beautiful. I normally have anxiety and reservations with getting my hair cut, but not this time. My experience with Sarah was truly one-of-a-kind! I have never had a stylist who actually took the time and effort to genuinely understand how I wanted my hair to be cut, and who made me feel like I was a part of the process. Every detail from the customized hair treatment to mend my dry ends, to the artistry that went into my cut, to the products used were nothing short of exceptional! Salon Bliss is my new favourite hair care haven!

I have very thin and damaged hair and in the past I’ve dreaded going in for a cut at some places / before moving to Ottawa. Communicating with Cory ahead of time about the appointment made me feel very confident that this was the right place for us! He was so kind and hospitality when we arrived. The welcome doggos are adorable and really added to the experience. Michelle made my mom feel comfortable and really took the time to understand my her hair. The staff was happy and inviting. So happy with our experience!!

From start to finish salon bliss was professional, kind, respectful and made me feel comfortable. Cody and Michelle were great. Michelle is very good with colours and made sure I got the colouring I wanted. I got a nice head massage too. My new favourite hair salon by far. Very good customer service. The 5 star rating is so true. Thank you very much.
