★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been seeing Johana for 9 months and she does absolutely amazing work every time. The salon is always so clean and everyone is super friendly and welcoming. I would 10/10 recommend Kumi Nails to anyone. I have already suggested Johana to a few friends and I will be having all my bridesmaids nails done for my wedding here as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to Kumi on 3 separate occasions for 3 different types of service. The receptionist is very polite and welcoming. The setup of the salon is nice and clean.
First visit, I had a facial done. Extractions were done well, she even included a message at the end it was a nice experience.
Second visit was for a full set, though my nails looked nice upon leaving. The next day a nail came right off. However they do have a 5 day nail guarantee, they will fix your nail free of charge if it breaks within 5 days from getting your nails done. Unfortunately, my nails lifted within 2 weeks of them done. Getting in for a next appointment was next to impossible as they were booking up to 6 weeks in advance.
Third visit, was a pedicure which was just okay. The nail application could have been neater and again not even 2 weeks in and the nail polish has peeled off.
Overall, this establishment is nice, service is good. However for the price you pay for the services is not worth it. Paying for services that last under 2 weeks is just not worth it to me. If you want to go somewhere nice and don’t care about the longevity of your nails breaking or coming off within 2 weeks. This is your place to go to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shay completely SLAYED my birthday nails, I completely trusted her because I had looked through her Instagram beforehand and her work was bomb. She is so professional and knowledgeable. She had great energy which was nice for me because I was feeling chatty. Her crystal application was fabulous and the quartz nails she did on me are gorgeous. I rebooked and will continue to come back! Reasonable price as well for the quality they offer. Impressed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such an amazing team did my bridal nails and nails for my bridesmaids. Professional and personable. The nail technicians made sure we were happy with our nails throughout the process and made us feel welcome. If a certain design couldn't be done, they were great with coming up with alternative ways to make sure our nails were wedding ready! We love our nails and the service we received! A plus side, the space is beautiful! Highly recommend Kumi Nails!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to this salon for over a year now, and I've had an amazing experience every single time. I usually see Amy, but I've had appointments with Shay and Chantal as well. Amy is a fabulous artist and does the most amazing designs - she also so great to talk to! I once broke a nail due to getting it stuck in my oven door and Amy was able to fit me in the next day to fix it for me! This is hands down the best nail salon I've ever been to. All nails in photos are mine done by Amy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had my first visit at Kumi for gel nails and I was beyond impressed. Amy was my technician and she was awesome and very talented. I especially loved how she paid a great deal of time and attention to the little details and I think that care shines through with in the final product. Highly recommend!
