My first experience was not the best, but the people at the nail keeper really care about their clients! My concerns were addressed professionally after contacting them and upon coming back they really showed how much their cared. They made sure to take care of all my needs and took extra care of me. I've gotten so many acrylics done here and would recommend them to anyone!! Being honest about concerns or critiques really helps them do a better job to make your mani a wonderful experience and give you a set you'll love!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my regular nail place, they are always so nice and welcoming. The location is directly downtown and the nail ladies have never disappointed me. I always recommend them to anyone who asks me where I get my nails done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my nails done by Phuong. I am use to paying 60 for a fill with ombré and completed in 1 1/2, today it was over 2hrs. I paid 70.00 for a fill and was quoted on the phone 56.00 and the work is not good. I have bubbles in my nails, the white lines are not even. My nails still have the old colour in them. Overall I was completely dissatisfied. I would not suggest this place. The gel nails are not worth 70.00 and they were using old face cream bottles for the gel ?♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually never post google reviews but felt the need this time as I was greatly disappointed with the quality of work.The staff is super friendly and they deserve 5 starts for that. After getting a full set of gel nails I was not satisfied with the appearance. I asked the nail tech if she could re paint them and that I would pay extra as it was my own fault. They were super accommodating to re paint them, however my friends and I noticed my nails did not look freshly done at all! They looked as if they had already grown out and I had gotten them done a week ago. For that I would give 2 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are all very attentive and friendly. The place is clean. I had my gel nails filled by Phuong. She was so careful and detailed. The nails turned out gorgeous, not too thick, perfectly sculpted, smooth edges. I'm so happy with them I will definitely be back.
