★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your driver in unit 14099. Was texting while driving. Saturday may 26. We were stuck behind him while he sat at green lights and when he did go he was doing 15 to 20 under the speed limit. Very poor considering it safety is my job on the back of the vehicle.
