R	Richard Scholten on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elevator I’m my building seems to have constant issues. Repairmen leave work area messy, finger prints and whatnot. When the elevator was installed the panel with the buttons had lose and cross threaded fasteners.

L	Love Marie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had one elevator in our building redone and they're currently working on redoing the second one. Within the first week of completion of the first elevator, the lip of the floor peeled up and everyone's feet were catching on it. Thyssenkrupp's "repair" for this was duct tape (the pretty red stuff in the photo). The numbers have also started peeling off and they've just slapped them back on haphazardly with some glue. The repair people also left for a week with an alarm beeping every two minutes. We're still down to one elevator (it's been ongoing since the spring) and the elevator we do have (the one that was "redone" already) has been broken down thrice since it's instalment. It breaks down one a month, once every two months if we're lucky. I would highly discourage anyone from using this company.
E	Eddie Hiebert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are constantly waiting for parts for repairs to our elevator. In this day and age with UPS and FedEx parts should be arriving overnight. Our building is an age restrictive building and the seniors desperately depend on the elevator. We are left stranded , this is the second tome in less than a month, for up to 4 days, and this time who knows for how long? Definitely not a responsible company, I can understand their overall poor rating
M	Mustangofold on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The elevator mechanics are usually really good with dealing with emergencies like entrapments. Anything involving higher level staff, repairs, or upgrades and you are basically told nothing; when they encounter a problem on there end they stop responding to you. You are a hostage to them, and they DNGAF because you have no other options.
B	Brett Nakonechny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really question the ethics and transparency of this company. Sometimes the elevators operate even worse after they leave on a service call. They'll be on-site "fixing it", or resetting a panel for $800/hour, only for the exact same elevator to go down hours later. A couple got stuck in an elevator, they came and "fixed" the issue, hours later, me and my girlfriend got stuck in the same elevator. They came once again and worked on it. Today there are now TWO elevators down...
C	Ccj Conf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Left our building with 1 elevator for six weeks, ordered the wrong parts then stopped replying to the condo management company completely according to building memos. Calling TK elevator incompetent would be a compliment. I’m shocked they drive around in branded vehicles, I would not want to brag about being even remotely associated with this garbage fire of a company.
