★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father spent $4200 on a custom wheel chair. The chair itself is good, however, shortly after purchase, bearings began squeaking loudly. They replaced the bearings once, but shortly after they began squeaking again. They will not replace them with better bearings. Now they will only grease them and that prevents squeaking for a short period. The warranty is finished soon and the service charge is $90 a visit.
If I had the choice, I would go to another store that provides better products and stands behind their product.
