After two weeks and 3 e-mails/estimate requests he finally contacted us. He offered to come take measurements (because he was going to another place nearby) and he did. We chose some samples he brought with him and he told us he would get back to us with price estimates so we could choose motorized shades based on our budget. Since then (2.5 weeks ago) I have made two more attempts to contact them and no follow-up on their part. We have large, unique windows that require professional installation. I can't help but feel like has something to do with the fact that they know there is not much choice in North Bay for that service. What a HORRIBLE experience to be "ghosted" by a business, especially during these heat waves. Our shades could have been ordered, constructed, and be ready to schedule installation over the month we have wasted but instead we have to start from scratch with another company.

He lacks professionalism and communication skills which are key to a successful business. Over a span of MANY months, he has not returned any of my calls, nor followed up regarding my order. This is disrespectful and rude. Finally, after months of frustration, I contacted Lisa at Stewarts, who ordered the same blinds from the same manufacturer, matching his price. They were ordered and installed within 3 weeks. I strongly discourage dealing with North Bay Blinds.
