M	Mark Ilgauds on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like their Wing of Fire sauce but it sure is a confusing process. I went with my friend a couple months ago and he did the Challenge and passed with time to spare. You have to pay extra for this challenge because I believe a staff member must be with you to record it and you get your picture on the wall. Our waitress was busy and had to leave to attend other guests while ‘monitoring’ the Challenge. She took his picture but we still don’t see it on the wall. What did we pay extra for? Ok, forget the challenge, let’s try just the Wing of Fire sauce to go. No one seems to know what the rules are for that. One time I tried I was told they cannot serve it to go, period. Must be eaten in. Next time they said you could eat one there and then take rest to go. 3rd time they said you can take it to go but you must sign a waiver. They forgot to get me to sign the waiver. 4th time, after multiple time coaching from multiple managers I am told you can take it to go, must sign a waiver but sauce must be served on the side and not on the wing. They had served to go with sauce on before. What’s the legal difference between on the side or on the wing? I have no idea what their actual rules are on this or if they have any idea what their rules are or are just unable to communicate it to their staff. I really, really like this menu item but I kinda don’t want to go back and fight the hassle. Maybe on their website they could spell out the rules? Maybe a cheat sheet for the person taking out orders so they can reference that? Maybe take it off the menu completely to provide a better customer experience? Not sure what the solution is but I wish they could figure it out.

They wouldn’t sauce them for us so they brought us take out containers to toss our own wings. Terrible customer service. And I love this place I’ve been coming here and ordering online for a long time. Might be my last.

A	Amanda Bell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been to wacky wings several times since they opened and its always great. The last time (yesterday) was not what we normally expect. It took a long time to get our order and drinks. When it finally arrived the fries were cold and gravy was luke warm. When we ordered more wings it was a really long wait for them as well and one of them was wrong. There seemed to be enough waitresses on the floor so not sure if they were short staffed in kitchen. We will return I am sure but I hope the wait isn't nearly as long as it was last night.

They were very accommodating, friendly, and all around made us feel very welcome. We shared 24 wings - 4 different sauces! They were all delicious!! I would almost consider moving to North Bay just for the wings here ?. Next time I’m passing through I’ll be sure to make a special stop! Just read through some reviews and I didn’t know you could pick just drums or flats! That is a nice option as my wife prefers only flats and I like a mix but when we share I end up with only drums hahah.
J	June Emerson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st time here and loved it! All you can eat wings on wed. Cold beer, nice log home type feel. Friendly staff and food was fast and hot. Found my salad really cold, like out of the fridge with tomatoes frozen but only negative thing. They have an arcade too. Very family friendly.
C	Chris Stavridis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Relaxed atmosphere. A nice roadside surprise. Walking distance from our hotel and opened until midnight, we were able to get a late dinner. Good food and great service. Highly recommend the Antojitos. We stopped in again on our drive home 4 days later. There was a customer who was causing a disturbance at a nearby table, the staff was discreet and professional. Well done.
