★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are so pleased with this company. We had a mix-up on time of pickup and they had literally tarped up and ready to go when we ran out and went….noooooo! I had mixed up so many things that day. My mistake! They remedied it by accommodating us and basically plunked it back down! Brought our stress level down! The next day, we were ready!

Avalanche - and specifically Danny - was great at timely answering all my questions, arranging for delivery and pick up of the bin on the days requested and the location I asked. I never saw the driver, bin was delivered and picked up without contact and all communication with the company was email / text. Very much appreciate the tech use of confirming contract and details. Seamless, professional and efficient. Recommended and would use them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a bit of a poor experience, and I really didn't expect it from them. First off... They were great about taking my calls and getting the bin out in a timely manor. That being said... we called for pickup on Feb 16th, and they didn't pick it up till 5 days later. Didn't really care about the bin being there, but conveniently... there was a big snowfall on the 17th through 21st and we were being charged by weight. Kenton was going to adjust my $507 M/C charge... but as of today (5 weeks later) there has been no refund or adjustment. My M/C was charged $507 dollars for a bin we expected to pay roughly $400 dollars for. Wish I wouldn't have agreed to give them my CC info before hand. Live and learn I guess.

I had severall questions since it was my first bin rental and the answers were promptly answered. I asked how soon and we agreed for next day morming drop. I went by the old house just after 11 am and voila the bin was exactly whete I asked it to be set. Perfect size as I had a ton of junk accumulated after 30 years living there. I can honestly say great service and great people to work with and would not hesitate to use them again. Sure beats renting a U Haul truck and doing it.
