Cory and his crew were very professional and kept me informed as the project progressed. Jasmine was a great help in setting everything up and answering all the questions that I had. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired Thuro Inc. to repair 2 sags on our sewer pipe. They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them. We hired them to re-do a repair we initially hired a private contractor to do and the private contractor left us with deficiencies. Not only did Thuro make sure the repair was done correctly, they were also able to present the repair needed on the City's side to the City and get approval from them to repair their side of the sewer. Thuro's contractors were very professional, polite and did a phenomenal job all around. The site was cleaned up nicely, they really took their time and we are so grateful for the work they did!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So happy with Thuro! My sewer line collapsed so I contacted 3 companies for repairs. Thuro was the only one who responded. They set me up with an appointment for a camera exam of the pipe and it turned out to be on the city’s property. They took care of notifying the city and getting them to make the repair, which cost me nothing! Jasmine kept me updated through the whole process and answered all my questions. I found them to be extremely professional and competent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to replace my 63 year old sewer line and contacted 4 different company’s , After all had come to investigate and video my service, the solution from Thuro.Inc was the only one that made sense, and gave me confidence that it would resolve my issue permanently. The office staff Jasmine, Eve kept me informed of the process the whole way, and were so good in answering any questions that I had.
The construction crew led by Dakota were amazing, they showed up on time, and with great care completed a very difficult dig, with only the smallest margin to dig between gas line and garage. Dakota completed this project with the upmost professional care. We had no down time in our service, and when completed, I had three of my neighbours remark what a great job of restoring the alley and over all clean up.
I would recommend Thuro.Inc to everyone who wants a professional company to complete what ever project they have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our sewer line was made of orangeburg pipe and was starting to collapse. Thuro was able to re-sleeve it in a day from inside the house. They were the only company I'm aware of that offers this service. Other companies could do an open excavation which costs more and rips up your yard. The 3rd option is burst pipe replacement which is even more costly and still requires some excavation.
The workers were polite and used drop cloths to protect the flooring. I'd fully recommend them if you have any sewer issues, especially if it can be solved by re-sleeving because it will save you a significant amount of money and landscaping.

Dakota passed me the estimate and did the job. He was very professional, explained all the process on site and they were very clean. Dakota and his helper were easy to talk with and on time during the job. Great people to work with.
