When David was working as a retail pharmacist, a pharmaceutical representative came seeking support for a clinical trial that had lost its host hospital. Concerned for the patients, David set up an infusion clinic in his pharmacy to administer the medication. It was an unprecedented move in Canada at the time. That first clinic was so effective, he soon got requests for other clinics in New Brunswick, then throughout the Maritimes, and soon across the country. And so the BioScript Solutions journey began. David's innovative thinking has helped him build a unique, dynamic company focused on simplifying patients' access to specialty care. Today, he fosters partnerships with manufacturers and prescribers, champions a patient-centred culture, and regularly meets with the recipients of BioScript services to gather their feedback and ensure every decision the company makes improves their experience. A third-generation pharmacist, David earned his Bachelor of Science in pharmacy from the University of Alberta. He credits the company's success to an incredible team who all share his vision and dedication to improving patients' lives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never been to the a physical location, but they deliver to me in Edmonton. Staff is always friendly. Very convenient to have my prescription delivered. They handle everything for you and they are very punctual. All you need to do is answer when they call.

I will not use them again.
Sorry but when I’m trying to tell you that your dates are wrong, don’t immediately assume that because it’s in your system, it’s correct. You dates were a week and a half off... that’s not really acceptable. And to give me no options to have it changed or even investigated. I had to go to my medication rep (outside of the company) to find out that there were options.
On multiple occasions I found myself receiving numerous phone calls and emails to schedule a single delivery... one should be enough...

After almost 3 years of using a certain medication they send me an invoice to collect a co-pay fee, and when I call them to inquire about it I get transferred 5 times and end up having to speak with a manager to finally get an answer. The rude manager tells me they were unable to bill me for some reason and therefore wrote it off.
I asked her why I wasn't notified and she said they do not have time to figure out why I wasn't sent an invoice, but if I don't pay then I will not receive my meds.
My major issue is I have never paid for meds with this company. They never thought to email, call, or text me about payment until now, and they think that without a proper explanation that I'm alright paying for medication, that they seemed fine with writing off the co-pay for the last 3 years for.
Plus what company says to a client if you don't pay, we won't send your meds? They have been sending them for 3 years without payment so what is the difference!!
Disgusting, ignorant and incompetent company!

I was looking for a place to get a vaccination and came across BioScript, the day I was allowed to book I got a call and got everything set up very fast and easy. I am currently on crutches so getting around is not easy for me, but they made it extremely easy for me. When I got in, the person who was at the front ran around his desk and held the door for me and then allowed me to sit down and brought me my forms to me. The whole vaccination process was smooth and easy and then when I had to wait for 15 minutes after the shot, the man at the front told me to wait in my car and so I didn't have to get up and come back in he ran out to the parking lot after 15 minutes to tell me I was good to go. Everyone went above and beyond to make the process go smoothly and I cannot thank them enough.
