★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After our vet moved back home I spent months looking for a good clinic with staff that really cared about their patients/clients. Being a veterinary assistant myself, I am extremely picky when it comes to the care of my pups. We are very happy to have found Teri and her lovely staff! My pup has a fear of strangers but he loved Teri from the very beginning. She's a crazy dog lady just like me! Another huge plus is that we get to see Violet the chocolate lab very time we visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to go once a year at least to get my cat shaved with sedation for mattes on here butt. She won't let me groom there. This is not a cheap procedure. But duting my visit with the vet, Terri, to get the necessary bloodwork to make sure she coud be sedated safely, she offered me an alternative. A syringe of medication that would calm her enough I might be able to do it. It was the first time in 12 years of taking her to a vet that this had been mentioned. I am so grateful. I have yet to try it, but if it works, it will be much easier on her her health versus sedation and much easier on my pocketbook. I would recommend this vet highly,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was not impressed, that a certain vet would not take a minute to talk to me about a second medication I had to purchase after my dog was throwing up the first one.
I can say however my first visit there with Teri was awesome, I was impressed with her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazingly kind and skilled staff and vets. I’m a first time dog owner and it’s been a challenging year for my pup who was born with a congenital deformity of his front legs. Dr Eisen and her associates have taken great care of him. The front desk staff answered a lot of my questions without us having to come in. We are lucky to have found this clinic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were very patient with my anxious pup and did their best to make her comfortable. We contacted them about trying to get a vaccine that’s uncommon to give here and they did everything they could to try and get it for us even though we only had less then a week until the appointment. Staff was also just such a pleasure to speak with and it was easy/quick to get an appointment! Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst clinic I have been to !. Took my dog there recently and the front staff girl is very rude. She was very racist. I ignored that, and when I meet the doctor I was shocked how unethical they were. She just wanted money, when I would ask why should we do this test so i can gain knowledge, she would respond, you just have to do it and the way she held my dog was not kind. you and your pet should not come here. I don't usually write reviews but this had to be said!. I would give 0 !
