They refuse to turn on the heat, floors are cold, my animals don’t want to touch the floor, I have to use an electric heater to keep my place warm even thought heat is included. I’d never pay or rent here again or any building that this company owns. You will regret it!! Don’t make the same stupid choose I did
K	KJ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For my boyfriend’s experience, we would like to give 0 star. Lived this property for over two years and took 6months to give him the security deposit. The manager signed on the paper with date and amount but still i had to contact the manager, property, timbercreek community etc for more than 50 times via email, call, voicemail and visited them. Such a pain company to deal with your money and TOTAL WASTE TIME DO NOT COME HERE.

The location is hard to beat and I found this place to be extremely well managed. Milton was an outstanding landlord and I enjoyed living there very much, highly recommend!

He was great to deal with and very accessible when we had questions. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a safe and quiet neighbourhood. Thank you!

The hallways and carpets are rarely cleaned; the front door lock was broken for almost 2 months before management realized this is a security issue and needed to be fixed. Oh and bed bugs. I would not recommend this property to anyone; find somewhere else to live where the management actually care about your well-being and safety. Trying to get a hold of the resident managers is very difficult, and they often "forget" to return your calls. 0/5 stars. My 4 year old nephew could manage this property better than the current managers.

I asked for my apartment to be cleaned prior to moving in, and there was still hair from the last person, dirty refrigerator with old food and mold in the bathtub. My intercom was broken and we were told at the beginning of our lease it would be fixed. Wasn’t. Our fridge leaked and nothing was done about that. The whole building smelled and leaked. Would not pass inspection. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY at the end of my lease I signed off and was charged for another months rent the month after! I called everyday to get my money back and all I got was rude comments. It took them 10 DAYS to get my money back.

It doesn't matter to them that people are paying their hard earned money to pay their rent to have a peaceful stay in the apartment. ITS BEST TO AVOID STAYING IN THESE APARTMENTS.
