★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most ghetto apartments in Calgary! Do you want Somalian neighbors listening to boom boom music at 2 AM? Do you like florescent tube lighting inside your "suite"? I lived here for 1 year and what a disaster. Stinky apartments. The resident manager, Goran stole my damage deposit. This was after I cleaned the suite and returned the keys to him. All because the keys were late by a couple of hours. And I was a model tenant who always paid my rent early.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was disappointed that it was not communicated with me that the apartment I was requesting to see was no longer available, instead they had me waste my time while at work to come see a basement suite when I was booked to see an apartment on the 4th floor, the listing was listed with the unit number of 1407. When I explained this they apologized but still acted as though my time wasn’t valuable and it was fine for them to waste it because it was a Monday. Not impressed, very unprofessional.

He is very helpful, cooperative , respectful and mostly great person in professionalism.
I would definitely recommend everyone this apartment for rental?
I will miss this place a lot, its just we got our new house so have to move out unfortunately but happy to move in our new house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing Residence. Glad to be here. Fantastic layout and very Clean. super up to Par. I recommend to anyone that is looking for a place in Calgary. Price is decent for rent can range in the 900's But Truly worth Living here. You are Very Close to Chinook Mall and Wonderful Transit Options. Also has Great access to Paths and is Pedestrian Friendly. Splendid area for sure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first apartment living experience and honestly it couldn’t have been any better. I was sad to leave but I will cherish the memories I’ve made there. Malcolm was an amazing property manager, he fixed any problems right away and was always super friendly. The location was perfect for what we needed at the time, super central but still quiet. The appliances are updated and work very well. I definitely recommend this building if you’re looking for affordable and trendy apartments!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello, we recently signed our lease renewal agreement; going onto our 3rd yr living in this apartment building. The new building manager, Malcolm, is a very hands on and professional person. There were some issues that were resolved/fixed right away in regards to our apartment unit and for that we're very grateful. The maintenance guy is super nice as well and very knowledgeable about his job. Even though the building itself is old, it's a nice location where everything you need is within proximity. Neighbours are nice too. Rent price is very fair that it is hard to leave this place. Would recommend to anyone that recently moved to Calgary and trying to start somewhere. :) I hope the company will do more upgrades in the building in the future.
