Our chairs arrived as predicted and we were notified right away. We picked them up directly from the warehouse. The pickup was seemless and the packing of each chair was incredible. Each chair even had its own dust cover. They are so well made and a beautiful addition to our new White Rock condo. Thank you so much. We will be back, Jane and Dennis

Each visit was a nice experience and when we went in to make our purchase, David was so thoughtful and thorough with all the product options. He even helped entertain our toddler so we could focus on final decisions. David has also been really helpful with some design/builder issues we had to navigate and we are happy with how easy he made the process.

Davy completed the order with us the next day and everything was very smooth. One thing to keep in mind - it sounds like most items are out 4 months plus due to global shipping constraints. If you are shopping for furniture get your order in sooner than later!

Davy did an excellent job of explaining and showing us the versatility of the furniture and how it could fit in our space. I definitely liked the steel frame design and the sale prices are very reasonable. I will definitely come back for any future furniture needs!

Mark helped us through our decision making, always positive, with a smile and a suggestion at every change of direction we made before before settling on a design, colour and size. Even two days later when we called with questions and changes Mark was most helpful. We settled on King as it seemed a good value, in our price bracket, good quality and the modern design we were looking for. All items are due to us on the island in about five months ( as with most other retailers) we will review our post order experience and product satisfaction once we get delivery. So far we are more than happy

Our Sales Representative was understanding and had good knowledge of the products. We had to have a service call shortly after our product arrived (it was the wrong configuration for the seat, which we needed changed) and everything was timely and completed well. I am only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the seat should have come configured correctly to begin with. Also, the delivery team could have taken more care with handling our product. King Living themselves as a company have a superior product - the construction of the sofa, quality of the upholstery and cushion materials.
a	almay Gaw on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic experience! DO NOT be intimidated by the prices and the big space! The pieces are exquisite and very well thought out. Function and elegance combined. Its a bargain compared to other stores. I needed a sofa to be delivered immediately and this was the only shop in the entire vancouver that could pull through. The rest would have to wait 5 months!!!!! (My sofa from King arriving in 3 more days) Please look for Mark. He was knowledgeable, helpful and welcoming. Nobody wants an obtrusive pushy salesman. Mark was classy without being condescending. The perfect store help i could ask for. 10 stars if i could! Great great experience! Hope the delivery installer is just as great as the showroom team. I cant wait to see the sofa in my living room.
