(I’m sorry I forgot her named) called me back shortly and willingly helped me ask the staff for information. Very kind and I truly appreciate it. Thank you! I know this is not a review for your general services but I felt it would be nice to leave some kind words.
C	C V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would be cautious of who volunteers to deliver these meals. From personal experience i know of one man who volunteers who is very aggressive and loves to shove his hand in peoples' faces to stop them from talking if he disagrees with what they are saying. He has also hit me on two separate incidences and thinks barging at peoples front door is appropriate behaviour. I am not a client but it just makes me wonder how this man could be considered a suitable volunteer? Meals on wheels is clearly trying to provide a much needed service to the community and should be celebrated for that however, they should take more responsibility over who they use as volunteers. They provide service to vulnerable people so care should always be taken. The one star is for that volunteer.

L	Lvan Ivanovich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father lives in the Richmond area. He ordered the Chinese meals recently. The meals are very bad. The quality and quantity are both very poor. Some days there's only steam eggs, other days only tiny shreds of lettuce with few a pieces of fish wrapped with flour - the size of a grape. When he was more able, he would cook simple foods for himself so he knows what is good and bad. I know the organization is non- profit and subsidized with funds. Unbelievable the meal costed $8 for the elderly and will be increased to $9 on April 2022. The food is atrocious and the portion is stingy.
