★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alexandra provided an informative session that gave me useful and inspiring strategies but didn't overwhelm with details. The meal plan will be helpful, too. I like her focus on overall healthy eating, rather than counting calories. We didn't say the word "calories" once. I am already making small changes that hopefully will have big results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I started going to Ally here a few months ago and have loved the experience so much! Ally is super attentive and has a radient positive energy that just rubs off on you. She takes a holistic approach to health and doesn't pressure diets or any heavy regimine. She helped me understand my relationship with food better and then through that healthy relationship I've been able to naturally implement better habits into my diet. I also highly recommend for anyone who is vegan and is worried about finding someone non-judgmental to work within your diet! She's amazing - 10 /10 recommend!
