She is extremely attentive and always goes above and beyond to address my muscle pain, tightness, and/or discomfort. She is highly experienced and knowledgeable, always answering my questions about muscle mechanics and treatments with ease. I have recommended her to many friends and family members over the years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was disappointed. I paid for a 60 minute massage and received a 45 minute one. I asked the RMT about that and she said her 'consultation ' time comes out of the massage time. The consultation was about 4 minutes, and the other 11 or so minutes I was lying on the massage table waiting for her to return so that my massage could begin.
I emailed management to ask if this is their regular practice but I did not receive a response.
Since I wrote my initial review, management reached out to offer me a no charge massage, which is more than I would have expected, and is appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long wait at the door. Seemed clean. No mask requirement enforced despite the active mask mandate at the time.
Interesting experience. I enjoyed it. The massage therapist I visited didn't seem to have a wealth of knowledge on the lymphatic system. But she was kind and welcoming.
