L	Luca Intini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a member for 8 months in 2017. At the very beginning I liked it very much. There are way cheaper gyms in the area but the idea of having a good place where to train, with happy trainers and some good tools, keeping it kinda "family welcoming" is unique, a great added value. Unfortunately it did not last for so long. Trainers and schedules where changing too often and without notice, there have been a disruptive turnover. Many personal trainers started working at the gym, so the space was reduced especially during the peak hours (after 5 pm to 7 pm) At a certain point, an area likely 20% or more of the total room has been reserved to CrossFit and guess what?I had to pay (extra) if I wanted to join the courses ! Of course the members of the gym did not receive any discount or "whatever" as a good sign from the management. After having expressed my disappointment via e-mail, when I went to the gym to discuss it face to face (Black Friday 2017 lunch time) , the manager, who was training alone 20 meters in front of my eyes, sent a guy to the desk to tell me she had canceled the membership...later on she wrote that it was her lunch-break, not understanding how insulting and disrespectful this behavior resounded to me. Beside the episodes, I want to underline that the promise of a nice and comfortable environment has been constantly rent out or made available to different parties which took over the room I had for training.

Music is everything to a great workout, it's just as important to the workout. Feels like a club more than a gym because of it. Please stop the techno and consider more motivating workout music.
R	Rachel Jon-Lewis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gymbox is such an amazing place to train! All of the personal trainers are personable and friendly, regardless if you're training with them or not. When you walk in you always receive warm greetings from Laura or Aoi. The energy of the room itself is motivating as everyone there is excited to be there. My personal trainer Vesna kicks my butt every time I come in. I have seen great strides of improvement in my physical health since training with her postpartum. As a bonus, she holds onto my little baby for me while I train... So I literally have no excuses and my little guy loves her so much. She is truly a beautiful soul inside and out! It's also great to finish your session with a delicious smoothie on your way out, as you get a bit of a discount because you've trained.
R	Ryan Wilson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A gym that knows how to treat its clients. The technical skills of their trainers are top notch and the gym itself is beautiful. Lots of natural light and positive energy. Feels like the gym for the everyday person looking to achieve their goals. Gibs has helped me absolutely crush my goals. Have not tried their lunchtime classes but the people I see doing them always look so stoked.

D	Diana Firican on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to many studios and gyms and have come in contact with my share of teachers and trainers, but I must say that the level of knowledge, professionalism and customer service I've experienced at Gym Box is the best I've seen. I also had an amazing body assessment, the most complete and accurate I've ever received. I recommend these guys from the heart and I dare say they're the best gym in Vancouver. You just need to visit once and you'll know what I mean. I rarely write reviews, but in this case I just felt compelled to do it.
G	Gladys Lai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been going here for many years. The staff are great, very friendly gym-rats here. Trainers are awesome! Price is a bit high though. Space is limited - but that also is why it's such a tight knit community.

Employees, trainers and clientele are all super nice and friendly. The facilities is clean and tidy and nicely spaced out. They have stayed ahead of the curve during these Covid times. There is a good variety of trainers and classes to meet all your needs. I’ve been a gym rat for many years and this gym meets all my needs. You definitely have to come check this gym out.
