★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible landlord. Takes forever to reply emails and messages when he does. Asks for the deposit right away, and when we are moving out takes 15 days to repay it. My intercom never worked. When asked to give a notice of letters arriving close to the move out date, he said they would be lost.
