The modular space is unique but... They ruined the concept with the super expensive fixtures and the "cressy credits" you almost end up with a fully loaded unit at the smaller end. Why not just offer them fully loaded. If you wanted to truly add modularity I would have either gone full modular (like just bare walls type thing) or not at all. At the end consumers don't save they end up spending more.
Space is good and layout decent. The north and south facing units (desirable) are 1 beds or studios and the ones facing the busy road and west are 2 bedrooms and some 1 beds.
The presentation centre itself looks a bit run down. Cardboard outside and boarded up windows. I understand it is covid but I think some sort of inviting demeanor would be nice. The ladies working there knew their stuff! I really give them credit for that.
