They lost my glasses- for 2 months couldn't tell me where they were. I tracked down the owner for answers, who was rude and unapologetic.
Finally got them back, slightly damaged. They wouldn't take responsibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was treated with such lack of courtesy and customer service, it was upsetting. I paid for their services, and they barely addressed me. Oddly, other customers were getting proper attention. Began to feel like it was the color of my skin... I was the only ethnic person in there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid business with these crooks at all cost. After I dropped a pair of sunglasses for a minor repair I had to run after them for a month and call everyday to get them back. After I finally got them not only they weren't fixed but they damaged the lens. This Charles guy if that's his real name tells me to claim the warantee which was already expired and refused to at least admit they faulted. After I asked for the owner's contact he ignored me. You are very lucky I didn't press charges. But someone else won't have my patience.
