Both times I've been in over the past two years I've been either virtually ignored, or treated somewhat rudely. Maybe I don't look like a rich old man who's going to drop $300 on leather clogs but now I certainly won't be shopping here.

Over the many many years of outstanding service, Kennell's Shoe store likely shoed you're great grand parents and most of the citizens of Kamloops BC. As I recall 4 generations have been serviced. THE SOUL of Kamloops resides here:) Be prepared as a steady flow of Kamloops residents stop by regularly. I have purchased shoes here for the past 50 years. Thank you Kennell's.

I felt the prices were reasonable for the quality you pay for, and the selection is fantastic.

I was looking for a nice pair of shoes for myself as well as my 15 year old son wanted to show me a pair of shoes he had his eye on. He was just turning 15 and is a super sharp dresser. He had been in Kennell’s a few weeks earlier trying on Italian Leather shoes. He had his eye on one particular pair. When we went in together, I was quickly helped and as soon as I explained what I was looking for, before I knew it the lovely sales lady had the perfect pair of shoes on my feet, exactly what I was looking for. Julien was looking at the shoes he wished for and the sales lady remembered him from when he had been in the couple of weeks earlier. She knew exactly which shoes he had wanted. They were perfect. I felt my son was treated so special and both sales ladies were so kind and excited for him to be having a birthday soon as well as complimenting on what a wonderful young man he is. As we were leaving, I asked to have the shoes tucked away so I could come back and purchase them for his birthday. I went back a few day later to pick them up and again received amazing service. I would highly recommend Kennell’s Shoe Store to anyone looking for both a wonderful shoe shopping experience as well as purchasing high quality shoes for a really great price ??❤️???????
