β β β β β I made an online order within 5 minutes of a collection being "dropped." Payment went through and I received confirmation (even a tracking number). Four days later I received an email saying that there was a "glitch" and I was getting a refund. Their solution - 20% off a future purchase. I will absolutely NOT be making a purchase from this store.

β β β β β In this day and age many people seek out small businesses to support. It is very difficult to shop at Jardines Domaine unless you can go there in person. Their website does not provide shoppers with enough information about the product i.e. size measurements or reviews from other customers. So you buy online, receive the item and it doesn't fit or look at all like the images online. They not only charge for shipping the product but also to return it. Then on top of that they only provide you with a credit.... so in the end you lose quite a bit of money in your credit just to ship their products. Would highly recommend that you start putting sizing guidelines so people can make informed decisions of whether costly items will fit them. Not to mention, stuff is quite over priced.
Overall, not a great experience. Won't buy again from them once the credit is gone.

β β β β β Bought a bag, it was deformed. I couldn't get a refund when I returned it due to "store policy". Had to wait for 3 months for a new collection of bags to arrive so I could replace it. I would have purchased clothing but they are not size inclusive.
