★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were kind enough to allow me to exchange a pair of boots even when I was 5 days over the 30 day comfort guarantee! Both Representatives were very knowledgable and offered to stretch the boot leather if the boots were still not fitting quite right! Also free replacement laces for the life of the boot!
These boots feel like they are top quality and will last much longer than my previous boots from other brands!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service. Purchased boots 7 months ago. Brought them in today as my ankle started to slip. They placed in "cheater" insoles to make them more snug free of charge. And then offered to clean and condition my boots to keep them in tip top condition. Would recommend this place to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best boots and shoes that will honestly last a lifetime. I wear my Mocs to work and everyday. I dress them up and down! My hubby introduced me them and he wears his boots to work as an aircraft engineer everyday. When he was working on the wildfires last summer his laces broke and Kristen was able to give us a few pairs and went out of her way to do so even though the shop was closed. So grateful for such a kind gesture, they will always have our business!
