★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent over 5 hours over 3 evenings just trying to make an appointment. Still had no success after all that time. Seems impossible to actually make an appointment. Very unprofessional. Making the appointment takes only about 2 minutes. How hard can this be to do the basics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw Dr. S. Van Niekerk for my 3 year olds head laceration. We were visitors to Saskatoon and this was my first injury with my child and I was a scared mom. I asked him an innocent question on if he’s stitched up a lot of 3 year olds and he turned to his computer, muttered “Jesus Christ” and then turned to me and said “I have been a doctor for over 30 years so yes I have stitched up people.” Needless to say I left and took my child to the Children’s Hospital as I was not letting him touch my child after that. I understand there is a medical professional shortage, but is a patient not allowed to ask questions anymore? Do we have to tolerate treatment like this from physicians just because they have an “MD” title? I have never had a physician act in this way and I don’t care how bad of a day they are having, bedside manner and professionalism should be part of what a business is meant to represent, and unfortunately if this clinic allows physicians to act in this way I would encourage you not be seen there and go somewhere where you will get treated well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife is a hypertension yesterday March 1.2022.We went at RUH Emergency around 5:10am after check up -He required us to see our family Dr & we booked it right away. But when we see our family Dr. He has a lot of blaming in front of my wife about her condition .He said ,why you just see HIm for a quite time.my wife explained the reasons but still he is hyper too delivered some unexpected words from the Doctor.So, my wife the BP is going more ups because of his sarcastic attitude towards his patient. My concern he knows that the history from RUH she was in a hypertension why he needs to say that unprofessional comments.I knew, we have fault not to see him for a while.because of covid and personal reasons.
If there's another ways to change our family Dr. We would love too but today no ones available ? Please Dr. D.YOU have a lots of negative feedback how you deal with patients.and also from our community even from my daughter we have a very bad experiences with you.we had some evidences pictures how getting worts it is after you giving us an improper medicine to her and never give us a recommendation dermatologist that more than capable to do their job than yours expertise.
Please be nice with your service.Anyone can help my case against him please contact me. This is not a joke this is a serious matter. Do you think I am happy after you treat my wife yesterday in that way.ohCome on.nakahanap ka ng katapat mo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Patient for 1.5 years, missed an appointment a while back because the desk gave me the wrong date(showed up for that date and time).this past week the weather prevented me from getting to my appointment, too cold to walk and too cold for the car, made me reschedule for the 3rd, suprise missed that one too as it was still too cold. Asked not to reschedule until it I could guarantee transportation. Got a letter saying they will not be seeing me anymore as I've missed two appointments in a row... Thanks for displaying medical classism and ableism kenderdine medical clinic(Dr Van Niekerk).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The phone system is crazy. Plus one person answering the phones has a bad headset. Can’t make out what they are saying. Do they accept the fact the headset or connection is bad? Of course not. Hang up wait 30 minutes on hold get a different person and the call is fine. Very poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being fully vaccinated and negative rapid COVID test results obviously are not good enought to have a doctor here to check your condition in person.
Very disappointing experience today. My 5 yr old daughter has had fever for over 4 days along with coughing and runny nose. After consulting 811, I took her to this clinic so a doctor can check her up in person. I went inside and the nice receptionist had her registered in line, after I told her my daughter is fully vaccinated and had negative results from rapid COVID test kits in the past few days. So the receptionist told me we can wait outside in our car for them to call me, and the wait time is about 1 hr 45 min. So we waited, in the car, for 1 hr 20 min, then only got a phone call from a physician from this clinic, refused me sveral times when I insisted he should check my daughter up in person, and was only willing to prescribe her a nasal spray after asking me a lot of questions, after expressing he was not willing to see her in person to risk being infected. And that was it.
As a doctor, if you are afraid of being infected by your patient, then you have chosen the wrong career. What a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love my family doctor here, however, I’m very unimpressed with the wait times for a walk in. We signed In my 5 year old and they told us to wait in the car for a phone call. I called about an hour after we signed it to see how much longer it would be. They said there was 5 people ahead of me so it would still be another hour. And to come back for 4.I told her they should let people know that it will be a 2.5 hour wait and give them a call 15 minutes before hand instead. It’s almost 430 hot day in a car with my sick 5 year old, and I still haven’t recieved a call from them…. Very very poor service. Starting to wonder after reading all these reviews if I’ll even get a call back at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in for a walk in appointment right when they opened and I was seen almost immediately. Got intake blood pressure, check up, x-ray, and follow up all done within an hour. Dr Michael was very friendly, as was all the staff I encountered. Very pleased with my care.
