★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff member Luke was, as always, very helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and respectful.
However, there was a newer staff member, well new to myself as I had never see her there before, who was somewhat standoffish and rude. Unfortunately I did not get her name. She seemed very annoyed to be having to ring in all of my item, just under $600 worth. I made a couple jokes and attempts at just starting simple conversation and she completely ignored me. She would not even look at me any time I asked her a question. However as this was my first time dealing with her, and maybe she was new and overwhelmed with my purchase, or something outside of work was bothering her, I will not pass judgement until I deal with her again.
Regardless, the rest of the staff and the owner are amazing to deal with and extremely knowledgeable!
I am very sincere when I say this is an amazing store to shop at and I have, and continue to, recommend to my friends, students and work colleagues.
