★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to rent. Venesa, the Maintenance lady is racist and just disrespectful, I'm surprised they let her handle things. She keeps on harrasing the tenants guest and makes accusations that are not true. I know a few other tenants that left the building I'm in just because of her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This property management company treated my friend unfairly. She was renting from them and they did not respond to her in a timely manner, did not answer her questions after multiple attempts to speak with someone, just kept her waiting for weeks causing her to jump through hoops. Mike- the landlord of the property is also unprofessional and unhelpful when it comes to anything. Rather than discuss something with residents he just leaves notes under doors and then never discusses it with them again or takes forever to call back. 100% do not rent with this company, in all my years of renting I have never seen anyone go through something like this! It caused her great distress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maintenence at this bldg is bar none but the lack of monthly upkeep of vacuumed floors and polished entry doors/windows is embarrassing. Thank you to Hansen for 6 good years, could we possibly hire a cleaning person or at least do impromptu check ins?
