★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend referred Manager Rani. She is very friendly and fix the problem ASAP. She helped me from viewing the apartment to making sure that everything is perfect before move. When we were inspecting the apartment she saw a couple of small things need work, so she clicked the pictures and send the work order right away. She is very professional, co-operative & humble. I highly recommend her. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2.5 Stars. Alright company. I moved into Heritage Gardens on Apr 26. Staff was professional, had sharp timings, showed me the place and moved me in over 2 days. Very good. The place was very clean and in good condition. Staff said they would replace the toilet seat, fix the broken mail box, fix the laundry machines, and refinish the tub after I move in. 11 May, I found cockroaches. I reminded them about the work that needs to be done and about the cockroaches. They said work orders have been submitted. 2 Jun, I remind them again. They got me a laundry card Jun 3. They replied very quickly to all my messages. 5 Jun, toilet seat not replaced, mail box still broken, tub in bad condition, and I still find cockroaches now and then. My building might be low priority or there resources are spread too thin. I pay $849 per month for a 2 bedroom plus $9.50 fee for processing my rent payment. Overall, they are professional, have slow work orders and rent is cheap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management very patient and once you walk into the office, you are welcomed with open arms and you are made to feel at home before you even decide you will take up an apartment. Great Job!
Also a big to thank you to Rani - the Property Manager for her wonderful help and her professionalism. She really made me feel at home. She was very patient and understanding. She showed the beauty of the suites that were available. Very clean and homely environment. Bravo!
