Have an Amazing Experience. Whenever I come to see my aunt I love to stop here and love to shop. The customer service is amazing and the employees are way friendly. Store is nice and clean as always. Special thanks to the guy over at the counter who helped me with the cologne. Everyone loved it. Thanks. Love to stop again whenever I visit Calgary.

Store is very well designed, gives you vibes of culture and heritage. Prices are reasonable too, mens and women's shalwar kameez are reasonably priced. Good variety in colors. lots of options to choose from. Good neutral colors as well. Salesgirl and salesboy were very helpful as well and friendly. MANAGER is also good but needs to not watch youtube videos when customers are present in store because we as customers know you are watching youtube videos, as felt he was in a hurry to go back to watching videos?. Other than that no complaints about the store and very pleased with it.

Worst customer service experience ever. I was trying the clothes in the fitting room and the employee yells at the other female employee for letting me take 4 clothes to try. I come out and he has the audacity to argue with me why i took the clothes to try. There are 4-5 fitting rooms and they have 2 open during the peak EID season. Very very disappointing. I will never recommend anyone this store.

Limited options in sizes. Customer service representatives really need to be trained. No greetings and no thanks in the end! They weren't even trying to make clients feel like they were valued. Had to exchange a dress when I got to counter, guy in his early 20s with light beard, 155 to 160 cm in height (fair skin if he had name tag on I would had used that instead) told me he can't do a cash back? Store owned me money for exchange. He asked, If I wanted to buy something else just so the balance is not store owing instead I owe the store, it has to be this way due to system limitations as per him. I told him I don't need to buy anything else and waited there and he simply pressed a button on computer and receipt printed and gave me my change back. System limitations with just press of button to get a receipt and change back..hmm I wonder if he lied to me when he said about system limitations. That's not the way to Upsell at all, makes you look bad! Lady with scarf on front counter also need a lesson or 2 on customer service. Soft tone and smile was missing and felt like they weren't too happy with amount of customers they had in the store. Most importantly, workmanship was poor as well. I had to to exchange waistcoat once as buttons were missing. The second time one of them barely attached. So please make sure you guys check zips/buttons to make sure they are properly sewed or not missing. What a bad experience!

3 stars for the dresses, but 2 for customer service. The shop decor is very nice, however I had to say "excuse me" multiple times to catch their attention even though I was standing right in front of them. This is the only store I've been where there are no locks on the changing room doors! Also, asking for another size is a bit of an ordeal at this place. I actually decided not to buy something because they first gave me the wrong size, then when I told them, the young male salesperson looked lost and said another salesperson would come and help me. One more thing: what's with all the urdu speaking with every customer? This is Canada, you should speak English first, then if the customer answers in Urdu, go ahead and switch. Just because it's a Pakistani franchise, please don't assume all the customers are from there and know the language. It was weird having the shop assistant say everything to me in a foreign language even after I answered in English.

The clothing and design of the store were pleasant, however, they need better customer service. The change rooms also need a system, I had the worker open the door mid-change, she didn't even apologize properly lol overall, it would've been nice to shop with happier faces.
