★ ★ ★ ★ ★ amazing service and quality. I shopped with them over the COVID crisis and got better service than anywhere else I could in Sudbury (where I live). In fact, if you own a trek bike, this is the place to go. The dealer in Sudbury (outside store) does not deal with Bontrager and gets really snooty if you want specific trek parts. I will be travelling the 100km to North Bay whenever I need help.

I was reviewing my notes from quite a while ago when I rode my bike from Vancouver to Halifax , they performed maintenance and got me back on the road, the owner at the time went OVER AND ABOVE, I'm no stranger to cycling, and these guys are definitely pros, exceeded expectations , and I'll never forget the hospitality and generosity. Thank you again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was hesitant to walk in there being over 66 years old but was I surprised! I was quite impressed at the way I was treated! They were polite, listened to what I was looking for, and advised any concerns or questions, they are simply a call away. I purchased a great looking bike, that is fitted to me. I returned to get a rear bike carrier but it just did not fit right; again, they looked at the bike, added little extenders at no extra cost and voila, I left once more a very happy customer!
You guys are awesome; I Thank You, and I certainly recommend going to Cheapskates!
