The new owner that bought the old JBM embroidery company knows nothing about embroidery and is more concerned about making iron on T-shirts for his rapper friends than doing any major contracts for reputable businesses. The owner is easy to spot if and when he shows up to work, he's the one wearing pajama pants and a sideways hat. Not at all professional. Don't waste your time or you'll be disapointed!

I was going to go for 1 item but they recomend a different one which was 100 times better for what I was looking for and only 0.25 more. They know what there doing and always have you in mind.
