I have contacted Big Mountain multiple times to get the status of my order as my child was wondering why he didn't get his goodies when his friends did. I've been told multiple times that someone will look into it and will call me back. Nothing. I call the school to see if they can help. They tried contacting Big Mountain and assured me that someone will get in touch with me. Now it is mid-May and I still have not received a call, an email or my products that I had paid for, on top of that I have a very disappointed child. Maybe this will trigger some sort of response as I have not had any luck otherwise.
