When we made our big annual order this year we asked if it was possible to get the same stickers at the same prive as last year. they said yes. when we got our sticker order it looked like it was printed with a toaster. HORRIBLE. the customer service afterwards has been completely atrocious, with creative factor doing nothing to help.
take your business elsewhere. these guys do not care about treating loyal customers with even a sliver of respect or fairness

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was happy with Creative Factor until they moved to/were bought out by Cascade Printing (whatever the case was) and decided not to tell anyone. I ordered and picked up an order in the middle of July and it wasn't even mentioned. I have no email correspondence about it either. I wouldn't have minded the trip if I had to drive to the NE to pick up an order but the lack of communication is inexcusable. I'll be looking for a new printer, and it won't be Cascade either.
