They dont push you to buy somthing every time you walk in but if you are looking for a certain style of steel toe, or are having an issue with your work clothes they are more then happy to help and give you options.
They are customer oriented and not brand loyal, trying to up-sell one company because they make more off it. With all the small things they've done over the years for me I am now a customer for life.

I’ve been buying my work boots here for 5+ years and I recommend my colleagues to come here. I still have a red wings over 5 years and still have good tread. Redhart also Repair and maintenance on any boots they sell to you which is very awesome. Fantastic customer service and warranty great place to buy here. Highly recommended you won’t be disappointed.
