★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just bought a Uwell crown v vary impressed by the customer service only problem was when I returned to the store the next day to pick up more juice the employee that sold me the starter kit ask for id after already seeing it the day before it is a big problem for me when I repeatedly get asked for I’d when that exact employee saw it if you want to get I’d all the time come hear but personally I would recommend you to go to digital imports on 3 second Ave best vape store in town

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped in to grab some juice.... Basically nothing for flavour. Might as well be straight oil... Seriously, I mean NO FLAVOUR. Blueberry deluxe and Cigar. Won't be back, and save yourself the disappointment. Reminds me of the nasty tasting stuff that used to be made when vapes FIRST came onto the market

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a new mod (GeekVape Aegis X)from them a little bit ago, and it is still kicking. I’ve dropped this thing on sidewalks, in parking lots etc. it’s still going, and for the price I paid the quality of their products is astounding!

Would recommend coming here for all your juices and batteries and more...grinders and accessories of all sorts at again, great prices ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had nothing but terrible experiences. Also all the disposables I’ve gotten from here become burnt immediately. Also the staff are extremely rude and never want to answer questions. There is one girl who works there who was actually nice but the product was really bad. Specifically the Miso and Cool Vape Nanos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rory, the assistant manager, was great! So are all the staff there! Very knowledgeable and have always provided excellent service whenever I stop in.
I sadly had an issue where some magnets came out of a vape I got. Unfortunately the store wasn't able to do anything. I completely understand though. I didn't have the box and salary the vape fell because of the magnets and had some damage on the outside because of that. They took a look and gave me the contact information for the manufacturer. They were kind enough to upgrade my order when I brought up the issue to a 30ml instead of the 10ml I ordered. While I wouldn't expect this all the time with an issue I certainly appreciated them doing what they could! The vape was $25 and an upgrade from 10ml to 30ml is $9 so certainly not nothing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ False advertised. Sent me product I didn't order. Ordered GTX-2 and got GTX. Customer service didn't help. Unhappy customer! After pushing CS they did refund.
