P	Pillalamarri Jagam (Jagam) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this store to inquire about vinyl soffit - how to order, what to order, how long to get it and if there is delivery. The person who took the order was quite knowledgeable about the inquiries I was making. She explained with much patience and enthusiasm the choices I had and even recommended a choice to get the material delivered in less than three days. Lo and behold , the material was indeed delivered to my house in less than three days. They even called me before arriving at my house. I recommend this store to do it yourselfers and amateurs like myself any time.
R	Randall Eckerich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is great for ordering stuff you can't get in Home Depot or Rona and Lowe's. The order decks will get what you need in just a couple of days. Why the low ratting. Well just walk in the store the selfs are empty. And they have been for months. It's sad this store was great but it's gone downhill even if you find stock like doors in the rack they have been moved in and out of the spot so people can look at them and they are damage so badly. This store is just a shame.

I went to the store, physical separation practice was OK. There was 1 till open (3 closed) and the line up was over 12 people. There was an employee at front of line - not sure why a store can't quickly take a worker off the floor and put on a till. I went for screws (that were on sale) virtually sold out, low stock. Asked for the other screws that were on sale and the directed me to selection that was not on sale. Low stock again - right during construction season?
M	MrJThomps22 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could I would give it less stars. DO NOT GO HERE FOR CURBSIDE PICKUP. The mismanagement of this place is wild. I have came here 3 days in a row. Expect to wait for about an hour or longer. Not because the line is long, usually only 4-5 people. But they have only 1 person working. Each person in line will be waiting for over an hour. They do not answer any of their phones and when I did finally reach someone, after calling 30 times and waiting on hold for an hour or longer. I put my order in, when i got to the store. 3 days later, they didnt even have it ready to go. This place is terrible at the moment and trust me when i warn. You will go once and never go again. They were great before covid. Once again. Just go somewhere else or expect to wait a very long time.

The two guys who delivered the snowblower the next day were very helpful and friendly as well. I will be doing more shopping for my household needs here in the future. I highly recommended this store.
