They always find ways to accommodate my busy schedule which is rare and needed! They fit me in and try to finish my car always before my next shift or appointment even if they're swamped. I had some terrrrrible experience with some mechanics and since finding them (through referral), I'm glad I trusted what many of my friends had said!! Always amazing service and they're genuine about the things that need immediate repair VS things that could last longer before changing out. Plus, they actively try to find ways to save on parts to help reduce costs without compromising quality. They carry all the attributes I look for in a mechanic and would always recommend!! Update : I had a small yet urgent issue today with my car. Not only did they squeeze me in and out in under 20 minutes from the time I called to leaving, but their price and customer service could NOT be beat. Ahhh they're just the best!!! ❤️

After assessing the car, the cost of repairs exceeded the value of the car. Their honesty was easily on display, as was their suggestions on possible replacements for the Fusion. They earned my business. I've found a new shop, even though I live in Cambridge, about 30 Km away.

They truly tick all the boxes of what I look for in an auto repair shop! I have been a customer since I was referred to them by a friend, over a decade ago. The customer service is top notch, if you stay a while you notice they genuinely connect with each customer. They always accommodate my busy schedule, which is wild considering how busy they are. Their rates are extremely reasonable. An honest and thorough shop - always call to get the go-ahead and let you know what repairs should be immediate and which can wait. They take the time to explain any service/issue and never make me feel like a bother when I ask questions. I have referred many friends here and will continue to do so!

We were impressed with how quickly Car Lane was able to get us in and how quick they were to let us know what the issues were as we really needed our vehicle to travel on Christmas. It is rare to find a mechanic that is honest and tells you what repairs actually need to be done immediately and what can wait- especially on an old vehicle that doesn't have much life left. This is the third time we have been very impressed with the honesty and overall customer service experience at Car Lane. This last visit really made our Christmas and we will definitely be bringing our vehicles here in the future. It is definitely the place to go for fair prices and the trust that is hard to find in the world of mechanic shops!

They got me in right away. Called to update me with timeline, price and what was wrong. Within 24 hours I had my vehicle back and functioning! Super friendly. Great service. Good pricing!
