G	Guelph Director on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I appreciate this Home Depot so much, aside from them being so kind and respectful I absolutely adore the fact I can bring my dog with me to shop safely & not have staff attack me. experienced such a terrible time at the Argentina location in Mississauga.
S	Sylvia Fox Bevan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff the ones I chatted with anyways... Well stocked mainly not a lot of variety but lots of stock of what they do have. Bathrooms had motion sensors to open the main doors but the ones on the toilets not working (pretty gross in there) Ew. pretty sure whoever was supposed to be checking was just initialing the sheet. Hand towels were not in the dispenser but a roll was on the coat hooks? I mean no one likes that job but clearly they need to have real maintenance staff and not just have a floor employee do it. I'm one of those people that how a company treats a bathroom is how they treat everything (esp restaurants) and so... Yeah.
C	Chris Cairns on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store BUT wish they would build proper washroom facilities for customers. Only 2 stalls for the entire store!? They are usually taken up by employees as well. Ridiculous…..some of us drink tons of coffee in the morning while we get our supplies and need to visit the washroom….
B	Beata Radford on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the store today, to get more of the same paint that have purchased at the store two weeks ago.I didn't want a big tin since I was at the end of the painting job.The woman at the paint counter was dreadful.First she told me in a very condescending manner why I couldn't have the medium size paint ,then, she gave me a lecture on how there was a shortage of paint in Canada , and made me feel stupid for not being aware of that! The young girl behind the counter was mortified. The one assisting by the cash wasn't any better.I observed that, since the pandemic store workers seem to have an inflated ego and exaggerated self-importance ...I mean if you are not happy with mixing paint for a living ,let someone else do it, someone who would have a better idea about customer care.

No matter which department you are inquiring about, they are all very friendly and super helpful. This is a great store for all your DIY projects, tools, and home repair needs. This Home Depot store is always very clean, organized, and well stocked. If the don't have the item that you are looking for, feel free to go to their Customers service desk, they are very helpful and they can request the item for you and have it delivered to their store without extra charge. Fully recommended ????????

I was looking for shelvings and a few other home stuff including window insulation kits but had no idea which one would be useful to serve my purpose. They have so many options. You can literary get everything for your home at Home Depot which I was not aware previously aware of. When I was puzzled with shelving things as I wasn't sure which one would be appropriate for me and how to cut those so that they fit in my bookshelves, I met James--a very kind, welcoming, knowledgeable, and overall, a good human being. He is such an amazing person who not only helped me find the shelving for my two bookshelves, he also helped me find the right window insulation. I was so relieved after I met James and was quick to pick the right things. What excellent customer service you provided, James! I am not sure whether you will read this review or know about it, but I can tell you that you are an asset to Home Depot. I was really impressed when I saw you helping another customer immediately after I was done! Keep up the great work, James! I hope the store manager recognizes your continued support to the customers.

Last month, we met Mr. Mike, who helped us out with the selection of the best blinds and this week, we saw Mr. Owen from the lumber side, who assisted in planning best for our library shelving needs by advising us the best and fitting sizes of the shelves and material. Mr. Owen's patience, expertise, and services are truly commendable. This place will definitely be my first choice for my future needs... I wish The Home Depot staff all the best! Cheers...
