★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best setup I've seen in Guelph for covid-19 era shopping. Had no qualms about shopping there once I got inside. Very well organized and felt totally safe, with very friendly and hard working staff who were obviously very well trained and practiced their food and customer safety routines efficiently and knowledgeably.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a bag of chocolate covered jujubes and when I got them home they were all dried out and stale inside. Must be because of covid 19, bring closed for a period of time and did not cover the product adequately to keep the freshness in, but here I go making excuses for someone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find that the bulk barn is a place to get that spice I can't find. But I really don't like that the prices are in Kg. The scale in the store is in lbs. This sucks because all I need is 30 grams.
Kg is a good way to sale flour and sugar. I'm never going to need kg of hazelnuts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No complaints with the store itself, this is a customer service issue. I arrived 15 minutes prior to closing to quickly get peanut butter. The scoops were gone and when I asked for one, the young lady said “unfortunately, we are closed in 10 minutes and the scoops are all in the dishwasher”, and without waiting for any reply, whisked herself into a back room, So here’s my reply: yes, it’s unfortunate, because you were, in fact, still open for customers and had you simply given me a scoop I would have been out of there 5 minutes before your closing time, and bonus, feeling that I had been treated kindly and with respect.
