The “baby passport photo specialists” took the worst photo of my son that I have ever seen. Had to get it retaken somewhere else. And to get the pictures printed and stamped took about 45 minutes. Had I not been so angry at the waiting time I would have refused the hideous and expensive photos. 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend or ever go back.

For the amount of money that was paid, not worth it. Pictures were ok, not great. You also do NOT get printed copies of pictures anymore, you get a CD with your pictures on them instead. There is NO sign inside the studio that says you do not receive printed copies.

We've had a great experience so far with the Guelph Portrait Studio in Walmart. Shannon has made the baby club photo sessions awesome and enjoyable. Looking forward to the last 4 sessions!

I’ve been here for all of my baby’s milestone photos all the way up to the cake smash. I loved how friendly and patient the staff were with me and my little munchkin. I highly recommend this studio for any of your photo needs.

Very disappointed with my experience. Right from the start, we were not greeted at all when we got there, then to the numerous times that our so called " photographer " left our session to deal with walk in people who were wanting their passport photos taken. This was a session for my 2 year old son. Time is of the essence when photographing young children and when you have an appointment for pictures, you should pay attention to the client who booked the time. We barely were able to get any pictures. The so called photo props are old and clearly weathered. Being in a Walmart, you'd think they would splurge on some cleaner/newer props. Then once it was done, because my child had enough, we were reviewing the pictures and they were just not good at all. He didn't centre the pictures very well, then cropping them afterwards was a chore. You could clearly tell this was just a part time job for this person, he tried to give us a free session, which honestly do you think I want to come back after this. No thank you! I will not be returning.

My daughter is 7 months and we’ve been getting her photos done monthly, with mostly Shannon and she is wonderful! So far, every time we are there, I can tell she really tries to get the best photos possible. I definitely recommend taking your little one to this location :)

-Visited this studio 2021/11/27 Around 2:30PM. They were in lunch break i reappeared at 3pm. -Taken my photos for 3:12pm. I was given Album #, password#. -Got email notification in my email to download my photos. -Not able to login in to photos unlimited website to download my photos. . -Called them, The same young guy with long hair whom i met during my visit ( Not wanted to name him here, he hadn't his employee batch with him also during my visit) received my call. I explained my problem, requested him if he could send me photos in my email id then he responded rudely saying he is busy, he MIGHT BE ABLE TO SEND IT TO ME IF HE GOT TIME BEFORE GOING HOME AND TOLD ME IF I NEEDED THEM I SHOULD GO THERE WITH DATA STICK. -Drove there around 5:15pm, the same guy was busy being COOL GUY walking around the studio. Waited some time until my turn came cause Mihir was handling other customer. I heard the guys were talking about TO CHARGE ME TO PUT MY PHOTOS IN MY DATA STICK .Then my turn came, then MR COOL guy figured it out that he was neither able to copy it to my data stick nor able send me over email. -Told Mr COOL GUY "you could have told me that information on phone before calling me with data stick to the studio in a very naive voice. -MR COOL GUY gave me NICE LOOK. Then Mihir came , He tried to solve the issue but wasn't able to do it at first . He called his manager and figured it out how to send it on data stick and gave me the photo in my data stick and also handed my the album # and password to download photos which didn't work . TO MANAGER Hey Mr Manager , If you think I owe you money for MIHIR sending me photos in my data stick and forgot to charge me for the EXTRAORDINARY service and for Mr COOL Guy for making my day and made me spent 30 minutes to give you this rating , i am willing to pay but just TRAIN MR COOL GUY some Customer service skill or just say him CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT HIS CUP OF TEA. THANKS Your longtime Customer

I would not recommend. I won a lottery and was told to come snap 2 pictures for FREE. I went and to my surprise, got 45 pictures snapped and was given 3 options. 5 pictures for over 130 dollars 45 pictures for over 200 dollars. Was left with no other option than to pay as I went with no intention of such. I wish they were very clear about this.
