The program was easy to use and staff accommodated my special requests with ease. I will definitely be returning for future projects to support local at a great price and amazing experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has been absolutely one of the best retail experiences I have had in the last 10 years. Quinn and Mike are so knowledgeable, skilled, PATIENT and pleasant. They both really listened to what I was saying and asking. This resulted in them offering excellent advice in a manner I could understand and making very good suggestions regarding equipment for my specific photo needs, in relation to both my skill level and budget (both of these factors are very important). We are lucky to have this kind of knowledge, service and such a good selection of camera equipment in our community. As pleased as I am with my purchases, I am even more pleased with the service and assistance I received. Do yourself a favour and check this shop out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nice little photo shop. lots of camera equipment/film/frames. instore photo computers to use. I went there to develop a disposible camera from 2006 i found in my closet. all the pictures came out fine, and i got a CD with pictures too. brought it in on a tuesday and it was ready by thursday.

The young man helping me was not only super friendly, but walked me through getting the pictures off my phone and into their system. I was told I could come back to pick them up in 3 days, and received an email the next morning saying they were ready! They couldn't have been nicer and did such a wonderful job. I will most definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you so much to the kind and patient staff at Pond's. It was my first time developing and buying film and they helped guide me through this process. I wasn't able to make it to their shop during store hours as I work and they went out of their way to accommodate me. I am very appreciative of their kindness! Developing the film was very fast (~2 days) and great quality. I will definitely be back.
