if I could give a negative rating for the pharmacy specifically I would. I’ve had two bad experiences and each time it’s like it’s not their problem when they caused the problem. First time I drop off a prescription and come back 6 hours later for it to not be ready… I was then asked to come back tomorrow , which I said no. I was very pregnant at the time and could barley walk. She then proceeded to get it ready in under 10 minutes for me… when they had 6 hours to do it before. Second time which was today I drop off a prescription for my son at 12 , I go back 4 and a half hours later and they don’t have the product in stock… so how come I wasn’t called and told this ? I asked and no response. Very unorganized and the employees don’t care.

The pharmacy has horrible customer service. My wife dropped her prescription off at 4pm yesterday they said they would call in a couple hours when it's ready. We never received a call back. The next morning we called and it was ready. When I went to go pick it up they had the wrong address on file and thier communication skills sucked by Both the male pharmacist and female prescription taker. We'll never give them our business again. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL . I wonder why you guys have poor Google reviews? Maybe you should retrain or replace your staff.

Robert the owner needs to invest in quality staff and enough staff to run a business efficiently. They have sent the wrong prescription (with someone else's personal medical information on the paperwork!), they have failed to send prescriptions when ordered (repeatedly), they have sent drivers who are clearly unhappy and confused and who don't read file notes prior to leaving, they have debit machines that don't work etc... For a pharmacy, the errors are far too frequent and the level of incompetency astounding. I highly recommend going anywhere else. Robert needs to hand over the reins to someone who understands the meaning of "customer service" and isn't proficient at making excuses for the mistakes and incompetency of his employees.

Every time I come here the pharmacy gives me an excuse as to why my persription isn't filled and I should come back when it's ready. Every. Single. Time. Honestly the worst shoppers pharmacy I have dealt with. Update January 26 2022: the staff has gotten better at communicating and I haven't had an issue with them for a few weeks. They're listening and it shows.

Robert (the pharmacist) was super helpful, friendly and kind when I needed to have a rapid antigen test 48 hours before travelling to the UK. Although the online appointment system on the Shoppers website didn't work, I was able to book an appointment directly at the pharmacy in the appropriate timeframe! Would highly recommend.

I have been coming to this pharmacy for a few years now, 90% of the time there's a huge line waiting at the pharmacy, only one out of two registers open with 5 pharmacist's in the back and the owner standing around talking. When that many people are waiting have the decency to open the other register to get the line moving, not everyone has 30 minutes to wait in line every single time they go. Ill be switching pharmacies soon if this doesn't change.

Are you bored with your pharmacy? Do you wish your pharmacy would make your life more exciting by misplacing your prescriptions, or keep you on your toes by randomly charging you for medications that are 100% covered by your plan? And when you need to talk to them, wouldn't it be more fun if they really make you work for it by not answering the phone or just taking it off the hook altogether? If any of that sounds appealing, then boy have I got the pharmacy for you!

Note : pharmacy related Issues: I call this pharmacy every 2 months for my refill minimum wait is about 35 minutes and sometimes no answer. I know you should self-service (auto refill) but they never get it right . I know it's really hard run a big business nowadays . If you can't handle please change your system at least consumer is wasting their time on the phone . Solution: changing my pharmacy to small business they would be happy to answer my phone . Sincerely Ex customer
