R	Rabin Ramah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiet with easy shopping. Located in Old Quebec Street Mall. You can get your prescription filled here with ease. Everything from A dozen eggs, cheese, bread to Stationary to Lottery, Perfume, Incontinence Products, hygiene to laundry. Great staff. Ask any question on your health to the pharmacy. All at competitive prices. Accepts all major Credit Card's, Debit and Air Miles.
J	James Howard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for a pharmacy, please avoid this place. I have never met a more incompetent staff in my life. If they can't find your medication, they will tell you that you didn't order it. If want advice regarding supplements or laxatives, they will try to sell you the most expensive product. If you order a repeat on a prescription, they may wait days to send the fax to your doctor. On three separate occasions, I submitted an order for a renewal on my prescription and found out that they waited days to send it to my doctor. I had to go to the ER to get a release of a couple of doses of medication that my life depends on. I hope there is not a worse pharmacy out there. The stress these people put me through is not something I would wish on anyone.
k	keely shaw on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience I've ever had at a pharmacy. Went to pick up a prescription, waited for 45 minutes with my two young kids!! Even though I had dropped the prescription the day before and was told it would be 30 minutes. The staff won't make eye contact with you. They aren't organized at all.. they search the entire pharmacy to look for your prescription all while completely ignoring you. They will also ignore you when you tell them your doctor office is faxing over your prescription. You have to pointedly ask them to check the fax machine which is in plain view and you can see a pile of received faxes. Avoid this pharmacy. The staff are horrible.

My pharmacist even called me from home on his day off to ensure everything went smoothly. Amazing service! BTW when you show up to get your prescription you'll never have to watch them try to find it - they always know exactly where a prescription is located, so you won't have to wait around.

The staff are friendly but the customer service is not good. I had the same problem with the Rexall on Woolwich.
B	B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for easy pick ups in downtown guelph. Always have the same staff with smiling faces. Very clean and organized. Appreciate how fast the check out process is too.
H	Heather Miller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In using this location it doesn't matter how you try to have it your medication ready to just pick up, phone order or faxed by doctor. You can't do it, they will only fill it once your in the store. Apparently this is the only place the client does not matter to pharmaceutical staff. Doesn't matter they seem to be unable to work case load. I even gotten someone else medication, and her reciepts. List of her medications, a breach of confidentiality. That just doesn't make me feel safe. Cashiers up front are awesome, to bad they can't run the pharmacy.
