They also have an extremely extensive surgical supply side (much more so than an unnamed "drug mart" you might be a "shopper" in). If you need prescriptions or medical supplies Norfolk Pharmacy & Surgical Supplies is definitely the place for you!

I just recently had to move, and it has already been an adjustment having to go through Shopper's (which I have had nothing but bad experiences with where I am). Sultan and all the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and professional no matter how busy they are they will do their best with smiles on. I'm going to miss you all! Thank you for your years of fantastic service!

They patiently work with me and I have switched products to find the best stuff for me. They are like family, They have helped me beyond my product sales, with encouragement, interest and openess. Sometime's I go in to say hi, because of their Gold hearts! Very Hands on .. they like helping people and it shows!!!

Before I bought, I asked the lady at the front desk if the mask is for medical use and against viruses, she said yes, it is for medical use and can protect from virus. After backed to home, I searched the model number and found that the mask is for industrial use, not against virus at all. So I went back but the lady told me she didn't say it is medical mask but all N95 mask against viruses, which is not ture. She needs to educate herself more about the products she is selling.... She is not responsible for what she said to customers. I don't know why surgical supplies Inc sells products for industrial use.....

Recently, we needed a prescription that wasn't in stock & they called every single pharmacy in town looking for it so that I could get it right away (rather than next day) - I think they found the last remaining one in stock in all of Guelph for us.
