Shoppers is shoppers! I know, but I just wanted to give a thank you to the young lady who took our passport photos, the second time around. Passport office accepted the "re do's" Thanks for being accommodating.

Absolutely appalling. Andrew, the assistant store manager was absolute disgusting in handling a situation. We were asked to not open the fragrances by the cosmetic clerk, after we had opened one to make sure it was the one we were wanting to purchase. Then when we opened it, she asked us for the cellophane wrapper to throw out. We tried to open the box, and she even offered assistance in doing so. Then once we had it out, she asked us not to spray it after we had already done so. We continued on, picking up items for purchase. We were then approached by Andrew, and asked to leave the store. We asked why and he stated because we were being rude to the cosmetic clerk. We were simply making jokes about even being allowed to buy the item. He then threatened to call security, which I encouraged him to do. He did not. He then threatened a ban to the store, which he did not issue. Then threatened a ban to the mall. That did not happen either. We then asked to just cash out. Asked him where to go and he indicated the front of the store. We went to cash out, and the clerk started to ring us through, she asked me for my Optimum card and I asked for the manager/owners number. He then came up and told the clerk to cancel the order being put through and asked us to leave. I plan on following up with this, as this was absolutely disgusting. I will never shop here again and I will be in contact with corporate over this incident. FOLLOW UP: After much communication with the Store Manager and the owner of this location, they have not only apologized to me for what has happened, but they admit fault and have owned the fact that Andrew was in the wrong and he is responsible for what transpired. He over reacted and that his actions lead to the mishandling of this situation. Although I am not pleased that this situation even occurred, I am happy that they both took my complaint and the nature of this situation seriously and dealt with everything in a timely manner.

I picked up some eye primer in the cosmetic section, then went over to grab some water before making my way out. Already having left the cosmetics section and browsing, one of the girls from the cosmetics section came over and asked if I needed help. I said no. Then she said the eye primer I grabbed I actually needed to checkout at the cosmetics counter along with my water. When I asked why she said because we get commission off of it. No one helped me pick this out, why would someone be making commission? She then asked to hold onto the product for me while I get the water. She then keeps walking through the aisles watching me as I’m browsing. She very clearly thought I was going to steal something and made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

On Saturday October 23, 2021 I went shopping there with my brother to look for cologne and perfume. As we were walking in and out of the beauty boutique, the security guard there kept following us around store and I noticed he was trying to not make it obvious that he was following us around but we could obviously see what he was doing. We really didn’t appreciate that kind of treatment and it felt very uncomfortable for us to shop like that. If there is a concern then speak up. It was ridiculous because we didn’t even look suspicious at all. We were well dressed and I had my purse with me. Also I’d like to lastly add, this isn’t the first time this incident has happen to me. Most of the time when I shop there there’s either staff member (usually from beauty boutique) or security guard staring at me and following me as I’m shopping. I’ve read the other reviews on here and other people have had the same experience where someone is staring/following them around the store. This type of harassment needs to stop. If manager is reading this review, I would appreciate if you could address this issue to your security guard there and to staff members as well so they know that this kind of harassment should not be happening to customers. Otherwise I’m determined to take action and will ask to speak to store manager and make a report.

I come to this store a lot, but my experience today was terrible I was followed around the store today, the workers made me feel uncomfortable even after I paid and left they stared at me until I was outside the mall. Terrible experience. First ever racial bias I have experienced since coming to Canada. Don’t go to this store

Alexiis in the beauty boutique matched my foundation and the colour was SPOT on. She was also super kind, welcoming and made me feel comfortable shopping there and sharing insecurities - which is what really matters when shopping for makeup. 10/10

What kind of store accuses a teenager of shoplifting. To then have the parent come in and admit that they were wrong. After they re watched the video. This happened to a good friend. Maybe before accusing the teen you should 100% know . This is awful!! I will not be returning this store and be sure to let everyone know the actions of the Assistant manager.... Who like to intimidate minor without their parents present!

Friday evening I had the pleasure to get help from Willow (from cosmetics) picking out some make up for my partner who is transitioning. I came into the store feeling anxious as I wanted to get my partner for Xmas some β€˜starter’ make up but was unsure what do get. I looked around the store to see if I asked someone for help, I quickly found Willow! Right from the start I felt such a calm and kind presence from them and told them what I was looking for, they were so receptive and thought it was really β€˜admirable’ that I was buying it for my partner. She could tell I was overwhelmed and anxious and was only but helpful and made me feel super comfortable. Thank you Willow for being there, for being super accepting and for helping someone who needed just a little bit of help but ended of leaving the store feeling so so thankful for the fantastic customer service. We need people like Willow in every store β™₯️
